Managing users’ profiles

Determine the privileges each user get on the system by defining user profiles.

To Add, view, edit, or delete users’ profiles, login as admin, then from the main tab go to Manage>Users>Users Profiles.

Find Profile

All the profiles will be listed. Find the profile you want to view, edit or delete by using any of the following filters.

  • Name in English: enter the profile English name in the text box
  • Name Arabic: enter the profile Arabic name in the text box
  • Assigned users: find the profile by the assigned users

After finding the profile you look for, click on the checkbox next to his name on the left-hand side.

View

To view profile privileges, select the profile then click on the “view button” on the right-hand side. A new window ill pop up showing all the privileges of the profile.

Edit

To edit profile privileges, select the profile then click on the “edit button” on the right-hand side. You will be redirected to the full list of privileges, select what you want to add, or remove then click on save on the left-hand side of the lower section.

Delete

To delete a profile, select the profile then click on the “delete button” on the right-hand side. A confirmation message will appear, click on Yes.
