Managing users’ profiles
Determine the privileges each user get on the system by defining user profiles.
To Add, view, edit, or delete users’ profiles, login as admin, then from the main tab go to Manage>Users>Users Profiles.
Add profile
Click on the “Add profile” button on the right-hand side. Then enter the following data
Information
- Name English (required): give the new profile a name in English.
- Name Arabic (required): give the new profile a name in Arabic.
Profile Level
- Region (required): select profile’s region from the drop-down menu.
Privileges
Select the privileges you want to give to the new profile.
All the available privileges will be listed in this section in titled categories.
• In each category and sub category you can simply choose a predefined set of privileges from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side. These predefined sets are
- By organization: By Organization privilege allows users of this profile to see the data belong to all the hierarchy levels in the Organization.
- By level: By Levels privilege allows users of this profile to see the data belong to their hierarchy level and their sub hierarchy levels.
- By My levels: By My Levels privilege allows users of this profile to see the data belong to their hierarchy level only.
- By Vehicles access group: By Vehicle Access Group privilege allows users of this profile to see the data belong to the assigned vehicle access group.
- By driver access group: By Driver Access Group privilege allows users of this profile to see the data belong to the assigned driver access group
After selecting the specific privileges, you want to add to the new profile, click on save on the right-hand side of the lower section
