SFDA integration

Learn how to manage SFDA registration on the system.

Register Inventory

To register customer, vehicle, or driver, warehouse, or inventory to SFDA on the system, login as admin, then click on Customers from the left-hand side.

You can only register inventory through the account of a registered customer.

Identify customer

All the customers will be listed. Find the customer you want by using any of the following filters.

  • Organization ID: enter organization ID in the text box.
  • Customer name: enter the customer name in the text box.
  • C.R number: enter the customer’s commercial number.
  • Package: filter customers by their packages.
  • Status: filter customers by their statuses (Active/ inactive)
  • Devices: filter customers by their devices.
  • Region: filter customers according to their region.

After identifying the customer, he must be registered on SFDA. If not, go to register a customer.

To Register a Inventory at SFDA

  • Click on the “manage” button on the right-hand side.
  • From the customer’s view, hoover over the “Manage” tab then click on “Inventory” from the drop-down menu.
  • Then identify the Inventory you want to register.

To identify the Inventory:

All the Inventories linked to the customer will be listed. Find the Inventory you want by using any of the following filters:

  • Inventory name
  • Description
  • Storing Category
  • Level
  • Storing Type
  • Warehouse

After identifying the Inventory, you can register it in SFDA services by

  • Clicking on the “Edit” button
  • From the “information” section, toggle (activate) SFDA button.
  • Select the sorting Category, and sorting type. Then click on save.
  • Click on “Register” under SFDA registration tab.
  • If any piece of info is missing a message will pop up mentioning what’s missing.
  • Click on the “edit” button on the right-hand side to add the missing info, then click on save.
  • Click on register.
