To set new alerts for events, go to Manage» Events.
To adjust the settings of Alerts, click on the “Settings” button at the upper right corner. You will be redirected to the “Fleet Event Settings” where you can enable/disable preset alerts, and select the notification channel to receive the alert at.
- Toggle the button: next to each event to enable/disable notification.
- Select the notification channels: you want to receive the alert at (SMS, Email, Mobile, Portal). You can select any number of channels by clicking on the check box next to it.
- Define the criticality level: for the event, (Minor, major, or critical) this will help in filtering and reporting. Select the criticality level from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
Then click save.
Fleet Events
From the “Fleet Event Management” page, you can view the events history by clicking on the “Fleet Events” tab. Then filter the events using:
- Criticality level: Filter fleet events by their type (Critical, Major, or Minor). Or view them all.

Filters: use the following filters to see the fleet events:
- Message
- Driver
- Asset
Portal Events
From the “Portal Event Management” page, you can view the events history by clicking on the “portal Events” tab. Then filter the events using these filters:
- Message
- User
- Driver
- Asset
New Alert profile:
To create new alert, go to Manage» Events. Then click on the “Profile Alert” tab, then click on the “New Alert Profile” button at the upper right corner.
You will be redirected to a new page, where you will be asked to fill the following information to create a new alert.
Add Event Profile
Event Profile Name (required): create a name for the event you want to be alerted about.
Event Type (Required): From the drop-down menu select the type of the event. The event type will open two more columns where you will be asked to enter the specifications of the event.
Region (required): select the region where the event should take place.
Then click on save.
PTA & SFDA Alerts.
To create alerts for PTA / SFDA events, go to Manage» Events. Then click on the “Profile Alert” tab, then click on the “New Alert Profile” button at the upper right corner.
Enter “Event profile name”, then from the Event type menu, select any of the following types:
Temperature
Create event to get alerted when any of your assets have any issue regarding temperature.
- Select temperature from the event type menu

Three more fields will appear
- High temperature: enter the higher limit of accepted temperature (in Celsius)
- Low temperature: enter the lower limit of accepted temperature (in Celsius)
- Notification period: enter maximum time to consider crossing any of the temperature limit neglectable. (in minutes)
From the column on the right, select the level and asset you want to add this alert to.

Level: assets belong to chosen level. Select:
- Region
- City
- District
- Asset type: Use Asset Type to filter between Vehicles and Inventories.
- Storing Category: Use sorting Category to filter according to the stored products.
- Storing type: use storing type to filter according to storing conditions.
The Assets will appear on the next column, drag and drop them to the last column to assign the alert on them.
Humidity
Create event to get alerted when any of your assets have any issue regarding Humidity.
- Select Humidity from the event type menu

Three more fields will appear
- High humidity: enter the higher limit of accepted humidity (Percentage)
- Low humidity: enter the lower limit of accepted humidity (Percentage)
- Notification period: enter maximum time to consider crossing any of the humidity limit neglectable. (Percentage)
From the column on the right, select the level and asset you want to add this alert to.

- City
