Learn how to manage packages on the system.
To view, edit or delete packages, you need to sign in as an Admin, then click on Packages at the top task bar.
Identify package
All the packages will be displayed.
Select the package you want by entering its name.
The package will be displayed next to the customers assigned to it, and if there’s any special notes attached to it.
View package:
To view package details, click on the “details” button on the right-hand side.
- All the package details will be displayed.
Edit package:
To edit package, select the package, then click on the “edit” button on the right-hand side.
- All the package details will be displayed in editable fields.
- Change the details you need. Then click on save on the lower section.
Delete package:
To delete package, select the package, then click on the “delete” button on the right-hand side.
- A confirmation message will be displayed.
- Click on yes to confirm deletion.
