SFDA integration
Learn how to manage SFDA registration on the system.
Register Driver
To register customer, vehicle, or driver to SFDA on the system, login as admin, then click on Customers from the left-hand side.
You can only register driver through the account of a registered customer.
Identify customer
All the customers will be listed. Find the customer you want by using any of the following filters.
- Organization ID: enter organization ID in the text box.
- Customer name: enter the customer name in the text box.
- C.R number: enter the customer’s commercial number.
- Package: filter customers by their packages.
- Status: filter customers by their statuses (Active/ inactive)
- Devices: filter customers by their devices.
- Region: filter customers according to their region.
After identifying the customer, he must be registered on SFDA. If not, go to register a customer.
To Register a driver at SFDA
- Click on the “manage” button on the right-hand side.
- From the customer’s view, hoover over the “Fleet” tab then click on Drivers from the drop-down menu.
- Then identify the driver you want to register.
To identify the driver:
All the drivers linked to the customer will be listed. Find the driver you want by using any of the following filters:
- Driver Name
- POI
- Group
- Employee ID
- Level
- Created By
- RFID
- Mobile Number
- Region
After identifying the driver, you can register him in SFDA services by
- Enable the RFID Card Status for this Driver in order to assign Assets
- Assign an SFDA Registered vehicle
