Customers support

Learn how to manage customers on the system.

To manage, view details, edit, or delete customers, login as admin, then click on Customers on the left-hand side.

Identify customer

All the customers will be listed. Find the customer you want by using any of the following filters.

  • Organization ID: enter organization ID in the text box.
  • Customer name: enter the customer name in the text box.
  • C.R number: enter the customer’s commercial number.
  • Package: filter customers by their packages.
  • Status: filter customers by their statuses (Active/ inactive)
  • Devices: filter customers by their devices.
  • Region: filter customers according to their region.

After identifying the customer, you can register / unregister customer from Wasl / SFDA services by altering the button under “Wasl / SFDA” registration buttons.

To unregister:

  • If the customer is registered, the button color will be red.
  • Click on the unregister button.
  • A confirmation message will show. Click on yes. The button color will turn green.

To register:

  • When the customer isn’t registered the button color will be green.
  • Click on the register button.
  • If any info is missing it’ll be displayed. Complete the missing info.
  • After completing the missing info, click on register.

Manage Customer

After finding the customer you look for, click on “Manage” button from the right-hand side.

  • After clicking on “manage” button you will be redirected to the customer management page.
  • The main task bar at the top will have more buttons.
  • Through these buttons you can adjust customer’s functions.

    - Dashboard:

    • Customize customer’s dashboard by adding/removing widgets.
    • Display customer’s vehicles / driver by selecting time interval from the drop-down menu (Las 24 hours, Last 3 days, last 7 days. ETC) then select (by driver or by vehicle) from the drop-down menu.

    - Map:

    • View customer’s vehicles on the map
    • Select what you want to see on the map by selecting (vehicles, POI, Groups, Geofences, warehouses, inventories, locate by (specific criteria) display all.

    - Fleet:

    • Manage customer’s vehicles by selecting vehicles from the drop-down menu, then select the vehicle you want.
    • For each vehicle you can:
      • Assign driver
      • Locate
      • Playback
      • Immobilize
      • Edit
      • Delete
    • Manage customer’s drivers
    • Manage customer’s point of interest (POI)
      • Locate POI
      • Edit POI
      • Delete POI
    • Playback
      • View customers vehicles movement on the map by specifying time interval.
      • Use advanced search option for more accurate findings.

    - Dispatch

    • View customer dispatch cards
    • Filter dispatch list by (name, caller name, caller mobile number, driver name, driver mobile number, case level, status, total distance, remaining distance)
    • Track jobs
    • Create new dispatch order by clicking on (New Dispatch) then enter information and location.

    - Manage

    • Devices:
      • Add device
      • Add devices in bulk
      • Update bulk devices
      • Edit / delete devices
    • Geofences:
      • Create new geofence
      • Edit/ Delete geofence
    • Warehouse
      • Add new warehouse
      • Edit/delete warehouse
    • Inventory
      • Add Inventory
      • Register / unregister inventory in SFDA
      • Edit/Delete inventory
    • Organization
      • Add level
      • View unassigned drivers
      • View unassigned assets
      • Edit levels
      • Attach (drivers, vehicles, users, POIs, User profiles, Alerts profiles, Geofences.) to regions.
    • Events
      • View fleet events (filter by event severity; critical, major, or minor)
      • Click on settings to classify events into (Critical, major, and minor) according to your preferences.
      • View portal events
      • Click on settings to select notification channel for each event.
      • View profile alerts
      • Click on (new alert profile) to identify new events.
    • Users
      • Add user (Enter user’s information, add to level, and profile)
      • View users
      • Select users and take actions with (Assign vehicle access group, assign drivers access group, edit, delete)
      • View user profiles
      • Edit/delete user profiles
    • Maintenance
      • View maintenance dues
      • View maintenance profiles
      • Add new maintenance profile.
    • FTP settings
      • Add FTP settings by entering (information and credentials).

    - Reports

    • View all customer’s reports
    • Schedule / reset each report

    - Device assignment

    • Device assignment is an exclusive privilege to technical team.
    • Unassign device by selecting the plate number attached to it, then click on Unassign button.
