To manage your organization to your fleet navigate the organization management page by going to Manage > Organization.

Defining your Organization

When you first start you need to define or build the structure of your organization. For example, an international company might have the following structure:

  • Level 1: name this level country, and define multiple countries in it.
  • Level 2: name this level region, and define multiple regions in it.
  • Level 3: name this level city, and define multiple cities in it.

To achieve this press the ‘Add and Edit Levels’ on the left sidebar.

Defining Level 1 We begin by defining the first level by giving it and English name of Country and its corresponding translation in Arabic.

We then proceed to define a country by adding Saudi Arabia and its corresponding name in Arabic.

We continue adding countries by pressing the ‘+ Add Item’ button.

Defining Level 2 Next we define the second level by pressing the ‘+Add Level 2’ button, then proceed by giving the level definition. In our example we define it as Region in English, and its corresponding Arabic translation.

Similar to the first level, we add our first region, name it, and attach it to the level above it by assigning the ‘Primary Item’ to the country it should be under.

To add more regions, press the ‘+ Add Item’ button.

Defining Level 3 Similarly, we add the third level by pressing the ‘+Add Level 3 button’, then proceed by giving the level definition. In our example that would be City in English and its corresponding Arabic translation.

Continue like level 2 to add cities.

Tip: there is no limit to the number of levels you can define.

Tip: you can delete an item in a level by pressing the X button beside it.
