View, edit & delete

Learn how to manage customers on the system.

To view details, edit, or delete customers, login as admin, then click on Customers on the left-hand side.

Identify customer

All the customers will be listed. Find the customer you want by using any of the following filters.

  • Organization ID: enter organization ID in the text box.
  • Customer name: enter the customer name in the text box.
  • C.R number: enter the customer’s commercial number.
  • Package: filter customers by their packages.
  • Status: filter customers by their statuses (Active/ inactive)
  • Devices: filter customers by their devices.
  • Region: filter customers according to their region.

After identifying the customer, you can register / unregister customer from Wasl / SFDA services by altering the button under “Wasl / SFDA” registration buttons.

To unregister:

  • If the customer is registered, the button color will be red.
  • Click on the unregister button.
  • A confirmation message will show. Click on yes. The button color will turn green.

To register:

  • When the customer isn’t registered the button color will be green.
  • Click on the register button.
  • If any info is missing it’ll be displayed. Complete the missing info.
  • After completing the missing info, click on register.

View Customer details

To view customer details, select the customer, then click on details on the right-hand side.

  • All the customer details will be displayed.

Edit Customer

To edit customer, select the customer, then click on the “edit” button on the right-hand side.

  • All the customer details will be displayed in editable fields.
  • Change the details you need. Then click on save on the lower section.
  • Customer user name can’t be modified.

Delete customer

To delete customer, select the customer, then click on the “delete” button on the right-hand side.

  • A confirmation message will be displayed.
  • Click on yes to confirm deletion.
