Learn how to manage WASL PTA registration on the system
Register Customer
To register customer, vehicle, or driver to WASL PTA on the system, login as admin, then click on Customers from the left-hand side.
Identify customer
All the customers will be listed. Find the customer you want by using any of the following filters.
- Organization ID: enter organization ID in the text box.
- Customer name: enter the customer name in the text box.
- C.R number: enter the customer’s commercial number.
- Package: filter customers by their packages.
- Status: filter customers by their statuses (Active/ inactive)
- Devices: filter customers by their devices.
- Region: filter customers according to their region.
After identifying the customer, you can register him in WASL PTA services by
- Clicking on the “Register” button under WASL registration tab.
- If any piece of info is missing a message will pop up mentioning wha’ts missing.
- Click on the “edit” button on the right-hand side to add the missing info, then click on save.
- Click on register.
