After identifying the vehicle, you can calibrate its sensors by:

  • Click on the “Weight Calibration” icon on the right-hand side.
  • Determine the calibration time interval (The sensor obtains data in this period of time, and then computes the average)
  • With communicating with the technician on site, enter the weight value that the truck (Head) carries.
  • With communicating with the technician on site, enter the weight value that the truck (Trailer) carries.
  • Then click on the “Get avg Voltage”
  • The results will show under the Voltage tab next to the weight text box.
  • Click on “save all”, “save head”, “save trailer”, or “cancel”.
  • Then enter another weight, and repeat the process.

After taking at least two weights. You can calculate sensors accuracy. Enter the following data:

  • Actual Weight (from ground load scale) entered by admin.
  • Gross Weight (from sensor) system generated
  • Accuracy percentage (%) system generated
  • Last check
  • Checked by

Then click on “Click accuracy”
