You can use the bulk add functionality to add multiple vehicles at once. Go to Fleet > Vehicles then clicking the Add Bulk Vehicle button on the top right corner.
- On the top right corner of the Add Bulk Vehicle, we provide you with an .xls template that requires you to fill in the vehicle name, license plate, IMEI numbers, and Asset Category.
- Fill in the template with all the vehicles you want to add, then go back to the Add Bulk Vehicle page and upload the filled template.
- Choose the level you want these vehicles to be added to, then click on save.
- The added vehicles will show at the top of your fleet vehicles list.
In the sheet, you will be asked to add the following for each vehicle.
- Photo: a photo of the vehicle.
- Vehicle Name (required): define a designated name of your choosing that will help you identify this vehicle.
- Plate Number (required): enter the plate number for the vehicle. it should consist of 1-4 digits 3 Arabic or English upper-case letters for example, JJJ 1897.
- Plate type: Select the plate type (private car, Export, temporary. ETC) from the drop-down menu
- VIN Number: enter the Vehicle Identification Number.
- Sequence number: Up to eight number identifying the car sequence in the fleet
- Registration Number: enter the registration number issued by the Saudi Ministry of Interior.
- Registration Expiry Date: enter the expiry date of the registration of the vehicle.

- Group: choose a group to put this vehicle in if you wish.
- Choose the vehicle category from the drop-down menu
- Description: any descriptors you want to be attached to this vehicle.
Add To Level
- Level of the vehicle (required): designate a level for the vehicle within your organization.
- POI: attach the vehicle to a specific Point of Interest.
Constructor Information
- Vehicle type: the type of vehicle (Bus, Minibus, Motor cycle.ETC)
- Brand: brand of the vehicle (eg. Lexus, Ford, Toyota.)
- Model: model of the vehicle (eg. LS400, Explorer, Camry.)
- Year: year of production of the vehicle.
- Serial Number: serial number of the vehicle.
- Vehicle Fuel Type: diesel, petrol 95 or petrol 91.
- Tires Condition: choose tire condition (average, good, need change)
- Color: you can choose a specific color for the vehicle. The color wheel interface gives you fine-tuned control over the color.
- Cylinder: The cylinder power of the vehicle’s engine.
Make sure that no vehicle in the spreadsheet have been previously added to your fleet.
