You can add specific maintenance profiles to manage your maintenance schedules and remind you of important maintenance actions you need to perform on your fleet.
Adding a Maintenance Profile
To add a maintenance profile to your fleet navigate the maintenance management page by going to Fleet > Maintenance then clicking the Maintenance Profile tab. Here you can get a view of all the maintenance profiles you added to the platform, to add a profile click on the Add New Profile button.
To add a profile, give the task a name, and then add a service task from the drop down menu. You can add multiple tasks the same way (clicking on the drop down menu.)
You can also add the cost and specific note for each task. Adding cost will help you estimate the total cost for the maintenance task.
Adding Service Reminders
You can add reminders for each maintenance task you add in a profile.
Repeating Schedule
Using this reminder you can set a repeating reminder for after a specific distance traveled by a vehicle or a specific time interval.
Remind Me Before
Using this reminder, you can set a reminder to be triggered before the repeating schedule thresholds are triggered. For example, remind me before 500 km of the distance traveled indicated in the repeating schedule.
